Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You may inspect and handle the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary.
  • Please provide your order number or other proof of purchase when contacting us so we can identify your order.

For health and hygiene reasons, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons cannot be returned once the seal has been broken after delivery. This may apply to certain cosmetic and personal care products.

Please contact us before sending your return so we can provide return instructions. Prior approval is not required to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to the contract, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue. Your statutory rights regarding non-conforming goods are not affected by this Refund Policy.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To get a different product, please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned goods, we will inspect them and process the reimbursement in accordance with your statutory withdrawal rights.

We will reimburse eligible payments without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you inform us of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

If you withdraw from the entire order, we will also reimburse the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for that order. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method are not refundable. The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated or required by law.

Statutory conformity rights


Consumers benefit from statutory rights regarding goods that are defective or do not conform to the contract. Under EU consumer law, consumers have at least a two-year legal guarantee of conformity from the date the goods are received. These rights apply independently of the 14-day right of withdrawal and are not limited by this Refund Policy.
